SWEET HEAT ICED TEA
With some recent hot weather and much more to come, there is nothing like sitting back and enjoying a nice cold glass of Iced Tea. My favorite way to make iced tea is to make it a Sweet Heat Iced Tea. You can also add your favorite liquor to this wonderful refreshing drink. Of course, when I’m having one on the deck, it has to be served in a Mason jar. Enjoy. I am right now.
6 cups water
2/3 cup sugar
6 black tea bags
3 Burning Asphalt Sauces (BAS) Extra Hot Dried Chili Peppers
3 cups ice
lemon or lime slices
Bring 6 cups of water to a boil. In a large heatproof pitcher mix the boiled water, sugar, tea bags, and BAS Extra Hot Dried Chili Peppers. Let sit for 10 minutes or until tea bags seep thoroughly. Add 2 cups of ice and stir. Pour tea into individual glasses and add remaining ice. Serve with lemon or lime slices.
